Rheoliadau 2 and 3

ATODLEN 2SEIMIAU LLYSIAU A AWDURDODIR

1.  Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraffau canlynol yr Atodlen hon, seimiau sy'n cyfateb i saim coco ac sy'n cydymffurfio â'r meini prawf canlynol, boed hynny wrthynt eu hunain neu'n gyfuniad ohonynt, yw'r seimiau llysiau y cyfeirir atynt yn rheoliad 3:—

(a)seimiau llysiau nad lorel mohonynt, sy'n gyfoethog o ran triglyseridau cymesur monoannirlawn o'r math POP, POSt a StOSt;

(b)gellir eu cymysgu ni waeth beth fyddo'u cyfrannau gyda saim coco, ac maent yn gydweddol â'i nodweddion ffisegol (ymdoddbwynt a thymheredd crisialu, cyfradd toddi, yr angen am gyfnod tymheru);

(c)fe'u ceir yn unig trwy broses coethi neu broses ffracsiynu, neu'r ddwy, sy'n hepgor addasu'r strwythur triglyserid yn ensymatig.

2.   I gydymffurfio â'r meini prawf a bennir ym mharagraff 1 uchod, ceir defnyddio'r seimiau llysiau canlynol, a geir o'r planhigion a restrir yn y Tabl isod:—

2.  Olew palmwydd

Garcinia indica

6.  Cnewllyn mango

Mangifera indica

3.  Gellir defnyddio olew cneuen goco mewn siocled ar gyfer cynhyrchu hufen iâ a chynhyrchion tebyg wedi'u rhewi.

4.  Yn yr Atodlen hon —

  • ystyr “P” yw asid palmitig;

  • ystyr “O” yw asid oleig;

  • ystyr “St” yw asid stearig.
