Dull o farcio neu labelu

7.—(1) Bydd Rheoliadau 35, 36(1) a (5) a 38 o Reoliadau 1996 (sy'n ymwneud â'r dull o farcio neu labelu bwyd) yn gymwys i'r manylion y mae'n ofynnol gan reoliad 6 o'r Rheoliadau hyn eu nodi ar gynnyrch dynodedig neu ar ei label fel pe baent yn fanylion y mae'n ofynnol gan Reoliadau 1996 eu nodi ar fwyd neu ar ei label.

(2) Bydd yr wybodaeth y mae'n ofynnol gan baragraff (1)(b) o reoliad 6 ei nodi ar gynnyrch siocled dynodedig neu ar ei label —

(a)yn yr un maes gwelediad â'r rhestr o gynhwysion y mae'n ofynnol eu nodi ar y cynnyrch neu ei label gan Reoliadau 1996;

(b)yn gyfan gwbl ar wahân i'r rhestr honno;

(c)mewn llythrennau trwm nad ydynt yn llai o faint na'r llythrennau a ddefnyddiwyd ar gyfer y rhestr; ac

(ch)wedi'i lleoli yn agos at y disgrifiad neilltuedig, a allai ymddangos hefyd mewn man arall ar yr hyn a farciwyd neu ar y label.
