The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, and 2(1) and (5) of the Sea Fisheries Regulation Act 19661 and now vested in it2, on the applications of Pembrokeshire County Council and Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, and having consulted with every local authority that would be affected, hereby makes the following Order:
