The provisions of the Act specified in Part I of Schedule 1 and in Schedule 2 will come into force on 27th November 2003.

The provisions of the Act specified in Part II of Schedule 1 will come into force on 1st April 2004.

Unless otherwise specified in Schedule 1 or Schedule 2 to this Order the provisions referred to in paragraphs (1) and (2) above will come into force for all purposes.

Except to the extent that they are specified in section 128(4)(b) to (g) of the Act, the provisions of the Act brought into force by this Order are brought into force only so far as relating to Wales.
