Mae adran 20 o Ddeddf Aer Glân 1993 yn gwahardd yn gyffredinol ollwng mwg mewn ardaloedd rheoli mwg. Caiff Cynulliad Cenedaethol Cymru, trwy orchymyn wedi'i wneud o dan adran 21 o'r Ddeddf, esemptio dosbarthiadau penodedig o leoedd tân o ddarpariaethau adran 20, os yw wedi'i fodloni y gellir eu defnyddio i losgi tanwyddau heb gynhyrchu unrhyw fwg neu faint sylweddol o fwg.

Mae erthygl 2 o'r Gorchymyn hwn yn eithrio o ddarpariaethau adran 20 y dosbarthiadau o leoedd tân sy'n cael eu rhestru yng ngholofn gyntaf yr Atodlen i'r Gorchymyn hwn, yn ddarostyngedig i'r amodau sy'n cael eu rhestru yn ail golofn yr Atodlen honno.
