Mewn perthynas ag ysgol sydd yn cael ei sefydlu wedi 1 Ebrill 2004, at ddibenion adran (9) o adran 28D o Ddeddf Gwahaniaethu ar Sail Anabledd 1995, bydd cyfnod rhagnodedig cynllun hygyrchedd yr ysgol honno yn cychwyn ar y dyddiad y mae'r ysgol yn cael ei sefydlu ac yn gorffen ar y dyddiad y byddai'r cynllun hygyrchedd presennol wedi gorffen pe bai'r ysgol wedi ei sefydlu ar 1 Ebrill 2004, neu cyn hynny.
