Prescribed periods for accessibility strategies and accessibility plans
4. In respect of a school established after 1st April 2004, for the purposes of sub-section (9) of section 28D of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, the prescribed period for that school’s first accessibility plan is to be the period beginning on the date the school is established and ending on the date on which the current accessibility plan for the school would have ended had the school been established on or before 1st April 2004.
