RHAN IDiffiniadau a dehongli

Wrth asesu i ba raddau y cydymffurfiwyd â'r gwerthoedd targed a'r amcanion hirdymor a nodir yn yr Atodlen hon —

(a)rhaid mynegi pob gwerth mewn μg/m3;

(b)rhaid safoni'r cyfaint yn ôl yr amodau tymheredd a phwysedd canlynol: 293K a 101.3kPa;

(c)rhaid nodi'r amser mewn Amser Ewropeaidd Canolog;

(ch)ystyr “AOT40” (wedi'i fynegi mewn μg/m3)· awr) yw swm y gwahaniaeth rhwng crynodiadau yn ôl yr awr sy'n uwch na 80μg/m3 (sy'n hafal i 40 rhan fesul biliwn) a 80μg/m3 dros gyfnod penodol trwy ddefnyddio'r gwerthoedd 1 awr yn unig a'r rheini wedi'u mesur rhwng 8:00 ac 20:00 Amser Ewropeaidd Canolog bob dydd;

(d)er mwyn bod yn ddilys, rhaid i'r data blynyddol ar ormodiannau fodloni'r meini prawf a nodir yn Rhan II o Atodlen 8.
