Cynlluniau gweithredu tymor byr

8.—(1) Os oes unrhyw risg o fynd yn uwch na'r trothwy rhybuddio ar gyfer osôn mewn parth, rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol benderfynu a oes posibilrwydd sylweddol o leihau'r risg honno neu leihau hyd neu ddifrifoldeb unrhyw ormodiant o'r fath petai hynny'n digwydd ac os felly, rhaid iddo lunio cynllun gweithredu, gan gymryd i ystyriaeth amgylchiadau lleol penodol, gan nodi'r mesurau sydd i'w cymryd, yn y tymor byr, i ddileu neu leihau'r risg honno neu leihau hyd neu ddifrifoldeb y gormodiant, yn ôl fel y digwydd.

(2) Wrth wneud y penderfyniad y cyfeiriwyd ato ym mharagraff (1), rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol gymryd i ystyriaeth yr amodau daearyddol, meteorolegol ac economaidd cenedlaethol.

(3) Rhaid i'r Cynulliad Genedlaethol drefnu bod y canlynol ar gael i'r cyhoedd —

(a)canlyniadau unrhyw benderfyniad y cyfeiriwyd ato ym mharagraff (1);

(b)unrhyw gynlluniau gweithredu y mae'n eu llunio o dan baragraff (1); ac

(c)gwybodaeth am roi'r cynlluniau gweithredu hynny ar waith.
