Swyddogaethau cyfyngedig cyn y dyddiad gweithredu

7.  Rhwng ei ddyddiad sefydlu a'i ddyddiad gweithredu, bydd gan bob Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol y swyddogaethau canlynol—

(a)ymrwymo i gontractau GIG;

(b)ymrwymo i gontractau eraill gan gynnwys contractau cyflogaeth; ac

(c)gwneud unrhywbeth arall y mae'n rhesymol angenrheidiol er mwyn ei alluogi i weithredu'n foddhaol a hynny gydag effaith o'i ddyddiad gweithredol.
