4.  Os defnyddir cyfrwng cludo ar gyfer cludo anifeiliaid o safle tarddiad i sioe da byw ac yn ôl ac nad yw paragraff 3 yn gymwys, yna erthygl 4, yn hytrach nag erthygl 3, sy'n gymwys mewn cysylltiad â'r cyfrwng cludo pan yw ar safle'r sioe da byw ar yr amod —

(a)bod y cyfrwng cludo yn mynd yn uniongyrchol o'r safle tarddiad i'r sioe;

(b)nad yw'r cyfrwng cludo yn ymadael â'r sioe cyn y daith yn ôl;

(c)mai'r anifeiliaid a gludwyd i'r sioe yw'r unig anifeiliaid ar y cyfrwng cludo pan yw yn y sioe;

(ch)nad yw'r cyfrwng cludo ar y daith yn ôl ond yn cludo'r anifeiliaid a gludasai i'r sioe; a

(d)bod y cyfrwng cludo yn dychwelyd o'r sioe yn uniongyrchol i'r safle tarddiad.
