Teithio rhwng yr un dau bwynt

3.—(1) Os yw cyfrwng cludo yn cael ei ddefnyddio'n unig o fewn un diwrnod i gludo anifeiliaid rhwng yr un dau bwynt, erthygl 4, yn hytrach nag erthygl 3, sy'n gymwys, ac eithrio cyn taith gyntaf y diwrnod ac ar ôl y daith olaf.

(2) Yn y paragraff hwn mae cludo anifeiliaid yn digwydd o fewn un diwrnod hyd yn oed —

(a)os yw'r daith olaf yn dechrau ond nad yw'n gorffen cyn canol nos ar y diwrnod dan sylw; a

(b)yn achos anifail carnog sydd wedi cymryd rhan mewn digwyddiad gyda'r hwyr, neu un sy'n parhau gyda'r hwyr, ar y diwrnod dan sylw, os yw'r daith olaf yn dechrau cyn gynted ag yw'n ymarferol ar ôl diwedd y digwyddiad hwnnw, p'un a yw'n dechrau cyn canol nos ai peidio.

(3) Nid yw'r paragraff hwn yn gymwys i deithiau rhwng dwy farchnad.
