Gwaredu deunydd ar ôl glanhau

6.—(1) Rhaid i'r person sy'n gyfrifol am lanhau'r cyfrwng cludo ac unrhyw gyfarpar o dan y Gorchymyn hwn sicrhau bod yr holl borthiant y mae'r anifeiliaid wedi cael mynd ato, y sarn (llaesodr), y carthion ac unrhyw ddeunyddiau eraill sy'n tarddu o anifeiliaid, ac unrhyw halogion eraill sydd wedi cael eu symud o'r cyfrwng cludo —

(a)yn cael eu dinistrio;

(b)yn cael eu trin fel bod y perygl o drosglwyddo clefyd yn cael ei ddileu; neu

(c)yn cael eu gwaredu fel nad oes modd i anifeiliaid fynd atynt.

(2) Nid yw'r erthygl hon yn gymwys i unrhyw ddeunydd y mae gofyn ei waredu o dan Orchymyn Sgil-Gynhyrchion Anifeiliaid 1999(1).
