Enwi, cychwyn, cymhwyso ac estyn diffiniadau

1.—(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Cludo Anifeiliaid (Glanhau a Diheintio) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) 2003 a daw i rym ar 5 Mehefin 2003.

(2) Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys i Gymru.

(3) At ddibenion Deddf Iechyd Anifeiliaid 1981 o'i chymhwyso at y Gorchymyn hwn —

(a)mae'r diffiniadau o anifeiliaid a dofednod yn is-adrannau (1) a (4) o adran 87 o'r Ddeddf honno yn cael eu hestyn i gynnwys pob mamal ac eithrio dyn ac i gynnwys pob aderyn; a

(b)mae'r diffiniadau o glefyd yn is-adrannau (1) a (3) o adran 88 o'r Ddeddf honno yn cael eu hestyn i gynnwys pob clefyd sy'n effeithio ar anifeiliaid a dofednod.
