7.  Os yw'r awdurdod perthnasol yn ystyried rhoi cyfarwyddyd y byddai ei effaith yn golygu dirymu neu amrywio cyfarwyddyd sy'n bodoli eisoes ac os yw'n ofynnol iddo ymgynghori, cyn gwneud hynny, ag unrhyw berson o dan adran 27(5) neu 27(6) o'r Ddeddf, rhaid iddo, yn ychwanegol at unrhyw ofyniad arall a gynhwysir yn y Rheoliadau hyn, anfon datganiad sy'n nodi telerau'r cyfarwyddyd arfaethedig, ynghyd â hysbysiad yn cydymffurfio â gofynion rheoliad 6(4) at bob person o'r fath.
