Rhan VICYFARWYDDIADAU GAN YR YSGRIFENNYDD GWLADOL

Cymhwyso'r Rheoliadau hyn i gyfarwyddiadau gan yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol

15.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3), mae rheoliadau 6, 8 a 10 i 13 yn gymwys i gyfarwyddyd a roddwyd gan yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol, neu y mae'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol yn ystyried ei roi, o dan adran 28(1) o'r Ddeddf.

(2) Mae'r rheoliadau y cyfeiriwyd atynt ym mharagraff (1) yn gymwys i gyfarwyddyd a roddwyd gan yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol, neu y mae'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol yn ystyried ei roi, fel petai'r cyfeiriadau yn y rheoliadau hynny:

(a)at “yr awdurdod perthnasol” yn gyfeiriadau at yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol;

(b)at adran 24(1), 25(1) neu 26(1) o'r Ddeddf yn gyfeiriadau, ym mhob achos, at adran 28(1) o'r Ddeddf; ac

(c)at berson a bennwyd o dan gyfarwyddyd a roddwyd gan awdurdod perthnasol yn berson sy'n gallu hysbysu'r awdurdod perthnasol o gyfnod pan fydd mynediad i'r tir i'w wahardd neu i'w gyfyngu yn gyfeiriadau at berson a awdurdodwyd gan yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol i roi hysbysiad o'r fath.

(3) Nid yw'r darpariaethau mewn unrhyw un o'r rheoliadau y cyfeiriwyd atynt ym mharagraff (1) yn gymwys mewn perthynas â chyfarwyddyd penodol a roddwyd gan yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol, neu y mae'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol yn ystyried ei roi, os yw'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol o'r farn ei fod yn anymarferol neu'n amhriodol iddynt wneud hynny, naill ai yn eu cyfanrwydd neu yn rhannol.
