1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Dental Services) and (Dental Charges) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st February 2003.
(2) In these Regulations —
“the 1992 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 1992”) means the National Health Service (General Dental Services) Regulations 1992(1);
“the 1989 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 1989”) means the National Health Service (Dental Charges) Regulations 1989(2).
(3) These Regulations shall apply to Wales only.
