Amendment of the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 1997

2.—(1) Schedule 2 (recovery and recycling obligations) to the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 1997(1) is amended as follows—

(2) in paragraph 4, for “and (c) for any subsequent year, 56%.”, substitute “(c) for the year 2001, 56%; and (d) for any subsequent year, 59%.”.

(3) in paragraph 5, for “and (c) for any subsequent year, 18%.”, substitute “(c) for the year 2001, 18%; and (d) for any subsequent year, 19%.”.
