In section 137 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (power to order parent or guardian to pay fine, costs or compensation) in subsection (8)(b), for “stand referred to their social services committees under” there shall be substituted “are social services functions within the meaning of”.
