Gwella safleoedd ysgolion, gan gynnwys—

(a)gwella, adnewyddu neu amnewid adeiladau, celfi ac offer (heblaw offer technoleg gwybodaeth a chyfathrebu) a ddefnyddir at ddibenion addysgol;

(b)darparu ceblau ar gyfer offer technoleg gwybodaeth a chyfathrebu a'u gosod fel rhan o wella, adnewyddu neu amnewid o'r fath (ond nid darparu'r offer ei hun a'i osod ); ac

(c)darparu offer diogelwch.
