9.—(a) Cefnogaeth i alluogi ysgolion a gynhelir i sicrhau defnydd effeithiol o'r gwasanaethau addysgol ar rwydwaith sydd ar gael drwy'r Grid Cenedlaethol ar gyfer Dysgu.

(b)Darparu a gosod technoleg a chyfarpar gwybodaeth a chyfathrebu a cheblau ar gyfer y dechnoleg honno a'r cyfarpar hwnnw, rhaglenni a data.

(c)Cefnogaeth ar gyfer hyfforddiant i athrawon, athrawesau ac aelodau eraill o staff a leolir yn yr ysgol ar ddefnyddio technoleg a chyfarpar gwybodaeth a chyfathrebu, rhaglenni a data i wella addysgu a dysgu yn holl bynciau'r cwricwlwm.

(ch)Mesurau i'w gwneud yn haws i bobl gael defnyddio technoleg gwybodaeth a chyfathrebu.
