5.  Rhaid i'r Cyngor anfon—

(a)copi o'r cynigion newydd a gyhoeddwyd;

(b)copi o'r wybodaeth a anfonir at y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol o dan baragraff 21(1)(b) neu 29(1)(b) o Atodlen 7 a rheoliad 5 pan gyhoeddwyd y cynigion gwreiddiol; ac

(c)yr wybodaeth y cyfeirir ati yn rheoliad 5 a fyddai'n gymwys pe bai'r cynigion gwreiddiol wedi'u cyhoeddi pan gyhoeddwyd y cynigion newydd;

at y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol.
