8. Os cynigion ydynt i gau—
(a)sefydliad 16—19 oed sy'n ysgol gymunedol neu'n ysgol gymunedol arbennig, datganiad mai dyletswydd ar yr awdurdod addysg lleol yw'r ddyletswydd i weithredu'r cynigion,
(b)sefydliad 167mdash;19 oed sy'n ysgol wirfoddol neu'n ysgol sefydledig, datganiad mai dyletswydd wedi'i rhannu gan y corff llywodraethu a'r awdurdod addysg lleol yw'r ddyletswydd i weithredu'r cynigion.
