Darparu gwybodaeth gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol

9.—(1) Rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol hysbysu'r personau canlynol o bob penderfyniad a wneir o dan baragraff 42(1) neu 43(2) o Atodlen 7—

(a)y Cyngor;

(b)yr awdurdod addysg lleol sy'n cynnal yr ysgol;

(c)os yw'r ysgol yn ysgol arbennig, pob awdurdod addysg lleol sy'n cynnal datganiad o anghenion addysgol arbennig mewn perthynas â disgybl cofrestredig yn yr ysgol;

(ch)corff llywodraethu'r ysgol y mae'r cynigion yn ymwneud â hi; a

(d)yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3), pob gwrthwynebydd y darparwyd cyfeiriad ar ei gyfer i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol.

(2) Pan fydd y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol, yn unol â pharagraff (1), yn hysbysu'r personau y cyfeirir atynt yn y paragraff hwnnw o benderfyniad rhaid iddynt eu hysbysu hefyd o'r rhesymau dros y penderfyniad hwnnw.

(3) Os bydd gwrthwynebiadau i gynnig ar ffurf deiseb (sef dogfen sy'n cynnwys testun un gwrthwynebiad wedi'i llofnodi gan fwy nag un gwrthwynebydd) gall y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol gydymffurfio â pharagraff (1)(d)—

(a)drwy hysbysu'r person (os oes un) y mae'n ymddangos iddynt ei fod wedi trefnu i'r ddeiseb gael ei hanfon at y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol (os darparwyd cyfeiriad ar gyfer y person hwnnw); neu

(b)os nad oes person o'r fath (neu os na ddarparwyd cyfeiriad ar gyfer y person hwnnw), drwy hysbysu unrhyw un wrthwynebydd y mae ei enw'n ymddangos ar y ddeiseb.
