Rheoliadau Cynigion Trefniadaeth Ysgol gan Gyngor Cenedlaethol Cymru dros Addysg a Hyfforddiant 2002

Cymeradwyaethau amodol

8.—(1) Mae'r rheoliad hwn yn rhagnodi mathau o ddigwyddiadau at ddibenion paragraff 42(4) o Atodlen 7 (sy'n darparu y gall cymeradwyaeth i gynigion fod yn ddarostyngedig i ddigwyddiad penodedig sydd o fath rhagnodedig ac sy'n gorfod digwydd erbyn amser penodedig).

(2) Y mathau o ddigwyddiadau yw unrhyw un o'r digwyddiadau canlynol sy'n ymwneud ag unrhyw ysgol neu ysgol arfaethedig arall y cyhoeddwyd cynigion ynglyn â hi o dan adran 28 neu 31 o Ddeddf 1998—

(a)rhoi caniatâd cynllunio o dan Ran III o Ddeddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990(1);

(b)caffael tir y mae'r ysgol newydd, ehangiad arfaethedig o safle'r ysgol neu newid arall yn safle'r ysgol i gael eu hadeiladau arno;

(c)caffael meysydd chwarae sydd i'w darparu ar gyfer yr ysgol;

(ch)sicrhau unrhyw fynedfa angenrheidiol i dir neu feysydd chwarae y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraffau (b) ac (c) yn ôl eu trefn yn y paragraff hwn;

(d)gwneud trafodiad cyllid preifat o fewn ystyr rheoliad 16 o Reoliadau Awdurdodau Lleol (Cyllid Cyfalaf) 1997(2); ac

(dd)gwneud unrhyw gynllun sy'n ymwneud ag unrhyw elusen sy'n gysylltiedig â'r ysgol neu'r ysgol arfaethedig.
