Cyrff y mae'n rhaid anfon copi o'r cynigion a gyhoeddir atynt — ysgolion arbennig
6.—(1) Mae'r rheoliad hwn yn rhagnodi, at ddibenion paragraffau 21(2) a 29(2) o Atodlen 7, y cyrff neu'r personau, yn achos ysgol arbennig, y mae'n rhaid i'r Cyngor hefyd anfon copi o'r cynigion a gyhoeddir atynt.
(2) Rhaid i'r Cyngor anfon copi o'r cynigion a gyhoeddir—
(a)at yr awdurdod addysg lleol sy'n cynnal yr ysgol;
(b)at bob awdurdod addysg lleol sy'n cynnal datganiad o anghenion addysgol arbennig mewn perthynas â disgybl cofrestredig yn yr ysgol honno;
(c)at rieni pob disgybl cofrestredig sydd yn yr ysgol;
(ch)at unrhyw Awdurdod Iechyd sy'n gweithredu dros unrhyw ardal sy'n cynnwys unrhyw ran o ardal yr awdurdod addysg lleol sy'n cynnal neu y cynigir y dylai gynnal yr ysgol; a
(d)at unrhyw Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol sydd â chyfrifoldeb am berchenogaeth neu reolaeth unrhyw ysbyty neu sefydliad arall neu gyfleusterau yn ardal yr awdurdod addysg lleol sy'n cynnal yr ysgol.
