11.  Os bydd ysgol, ar ôl i gynigion gael eu cyhoeddi o dan Atodlen 7 ond cyn iddynt gael eu gweithredu, yn newid categori o dan Atodlen 8 i Ddeddf 1998 o ysgol gymunedol neu ysgol gymunedol arbennig rhaid i'r cynigion (i'r graddau nad ydynt wedi cael eu gweithredu) gael eu gweithredu gan yr awdurdod addysg lleol (er gwaethaf paragraff 44 o Atodlen 7).
