Mae Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd iddo gan adrannau 3(3), 22(1), (2)(a) i (d) ac (f) i (j), (5), (7)(a) i (j) ac (l), 25(1), 33, 34(1), 35 a 118(5) i (7) o Ddeddf Safonau Gofal 2000(1), ar ôl ymgynghori ag unrhyw bersonau y mae'n credu eu bod yn briodol(2), drwy hyn yn gwneud y Rheoliadau canlynol:—

Mae'r pwerau'n arferadwy gan y Gweinidog priodol, sy'n cael ei ddiffinio yn adran 121(1), mewn perthynas â Chymru, fel y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ac, mewn perthynas â Lloegr, Yr Alban ac Iwerddon, fel yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol. Gweler adran 121(1) i gael y diffiniadau o “prescribed” a “regulations”.
