RHAN IICanfod gormodeddau sy'n uwch na'r trothwyon asesu uchaf ac isaf

Rhaid crynhoi gormodeddau sy'n uwch na'r trothwyon asesu uchaf ac isaf ar sail crynodiadau yn ystod y pum mlynedd blaenorol os oes data digonol ar gael. Bernir yr aed yn uwch na'r trothwy asesu os bu gormodedd yn ystod o leiaf tair blwyddyn wahanol allan o'r pum mlynedd flaenorol.

Os oes llai na phum mlynedd o ddata ar gael, gall ymgyrchoedd mesur byr eu parhad yn ystod y cyfnod hwnnw yn y flwyddyn ac yn y mannau sy'n debyg o fod yn nodweddiadol o'r lefelau llygredd uchaf gael eu cyfuno â chanlyniadau a geir o'r wybodaeth o restrau allyriannau a gwaith modelu er mwyn canfod gormodeddau sy'n uwch na'r trothwyon asesu uchaf ac isaf.
