16.  Ni chaniateir symud unrhyw anifail allan o'r cyfleuster ynysu yn ystod y cyfnod y mae'n ofynnol ei gadw yno yn unol ag is-baragraffau (3)(e) neu (f) o erthygl 3 oni bai—

(a)ei fod yn cael ei symud, yn unol â thrwydded a ddyroddwyd gan arolygydd mifeddygol, i gyfleuster ynysu arall ar yr un safle y mae'r holl ofynion a bennir yn erthygl 3(8) yn cael eu bodloni a'u dilyn mewn perthynas ag ef;

(b)ei fod yn fuwch sy'n llaetha ac nad yw'n rhesymol ymarferol ei godro yn y cyfleuster ynysu ac sy'n cael ei symud i barlwr godro i gael ei godro yn unol â'r amodau a bennir ym mharagraff 17; neu

(c)bod hyn at ddibenion arolygu neu archwilio yn unol â pharagraffau (3)(e)(vi) or (3)(f)(v) o erthygl 3 ac os na chaniateir i unrhyw anifail nad yw'n cael ei gadw yn y cyfleuster ynysu ddod o fewn pum metr i'r anifail sy'm cael ei arolygu a'i archwilio felly.
