Gorchymyn Rheoli Clefydau (Mesurau Dros Dro) (Cymru) (Rhif2) 2002

15.  Rhaid i feddiannydd y safle lle mae'r cyfleuster ynysu wedi'i leoli sicrhau bod cofnod ysgrifenedig yn cael ei gadw ac yn cael ei roi ar gael i arolygydd os bydd yn gofyn amdano a bod y cofnod hwnnw yn dangos dyddiadau pob symudiad anifeiliaid i mewn i'r cyfleuster ynysu ac allan ohono ynghyd â manylion —

(a)Marc S neu rifau adnabod unigol unrhyw hyrddod a symudwyd felly;

(b)Marc S neu rifau adnabod unigol, os o gwbl, unrhyw famogiaid a symudwyd felly, neu os nad oes unrhyw dag S na rhif adnabod unigol wedi'i ddodi ar unrhyw famog, manylion y marc paent a ddodwyd arni yn unol ag erthygl 3(3)(e)(iii)(bb);

(c)unrhyw farc adnabod neu dag a ddodwyd ar unrhyw ddafad yn unol â Gorchymyn Adnabod a Symud Defaid a Geifr (Mesurau Dros Dro) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) 2002;

(ch)manylion unrhyw farciau neu dagiau a ddodwyd ar unrhyw wartheg a symudwyd felly yn unol â'r Rheoliadau Adnabod Gwartheg; a

(d)manylion rhifau lot unrhyw anifeiliaid a brynwyd mewn marchnad.
