13. Before any vehicle which has been used for any purpose in the isolation facility is moved out of the facility, it shall be thoroughly cleansed and disinfected in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 1 to the Transport of Animals (Cleansing and Disinfection) (Wales) Order 2001(1) and in addition, at the exit to the facility, the whole circumference of the tyres of any such vehicle (including their treads) together with its wheel arches, mudguards, and mudflaps shall be cleansed and disinfected.
