10.  Rhaid i feddiannydd y safle lle mae'r cyfleuster ynysu—

(a)cynnal—

(i)baddon traed sy'n cynnwys diheintydd a gymeradwyir; a

(ii)cyfleusterau golchi dwylo,

mewn mannau cyfleus wrth bob mynedfa i'r cyfleuster a phob allanfa ohono a rhaid iddo adnewyddu'r diheintydd yn y baddon traed bob dydd neu'n amlach na hynny yn ôl yr angen er mwyn cadw toddiant glân; a

(b)sicrhau bod y baddon traed a'r cyfleusterau golchi dwylo yn cael eu defnyddio gan bawb sy'n mynd i mewn i'r cyfleuster ac yn ymadael ag ef.
