Rheoleiddio symud moch (heblaw moch anwes)

9.—(1) Heb ragfarnu erthyglau 7 ac 8, ni chaiff neb symud mochyn (ac eithrio mochyn sy'n cael ei gadw fel anifail anwes yn unig) na pheri iddo gael ei symud o unrhyw safle, oni bai bod dogfen sydd wedi'i llofnodi gan berchennog y mochyn neu ei asiant yn cyd-fynd â'r mochyn a bod y ddogfen honno'n nodi—

(a)cyfeiriad gan gynnwys cod post a rhif daliad y safle y mae'r mochyn yn cael ei symud ohono, a'r safle y mae'n cael ei symud iddo;

(b)y dyddiad y mae'r symudiad yn digwydd;

(c)nifer y moch y mae'r ddogfen symud yn ymdrin ag ef;

(ch)marc adnabod pob un o'r moch sy'n cael eu symud;

(d)yn achos symudiad o farchnad, rhifau lot y moch sy'n cael eu symud.

(2) Pan fydd y moch yn cyrraedd eu cyrchfan, rhaid i'r person sy'n symud y moch roi'r ddogfen y cyfeirir ati ym mharagraff (1) i'r ceidwad yn safle'r gyrchfan a rhaid iddo yntau ei gadw yn ei feddiant am gyfnod o 6 mis.

(3) Rhaid i'r ceidwad yn safle'r gyrchfan, o fewn 3 diwrnod ar ôl i'r moch gyrraedd yno, anfon copi o'r ddogfen y cyfeirir ati ym mharagraff (1) i'r awdurdod lleol ar gyfer yr ardal lle mae safle'r gyrchfan wedi'i leoli.

(4) Rhaid i geidwad mochyn sy'n cael ei symud i safle y tu allan i Brydain Fawr anfon copi o'r ddogfen y cyfeirir ati ym mharagraff (1) i'r Awdurdod Lleol ar gyfer yr ardal lle mae'r safle y mae'r moch yn cael eu symud ohono wedi'i leoli.
