Gwahardd rhai symudiadau moch

7.—(1) Ni chaiff neb—

(a)symud mochyn neu beri iddo gael ei symud o farchnad neu ganolfan gasglu i farchnad neu ganolfan gasglu arall (ac eithrio i ganolfan gasglu ar gyfer moch y bwriedir eu cigydda ar unwaith);

(b)symud mochyn i ladd-dy ac eithrio er mwyn ei gigydda o fewn 48 awr ar ôl iddo gyrraedd yno;

(c)mynd â mochyn o ladd-dy ac eithrio ar ôl iddo gael ei gigydda; neu

(ch)dychwelyd mochyn i fferm o farchnad ar gyfer moch y bwriedir eu cigydda ar unwaith.
