6.—(1) Ni chaiff neb roi marc adnabod ar ffurf tag clust ynghlwm wrth fochyn oni bai bod y tag clust yn bodloni darpariaethau paragraff (2); ac yn y Gorchymyn hwn mae cyfeiriadau at dag clust yn gyfeiriadau at dag clust sy'n bodloni'r darpariaethau hynny.

(2) Rhaid i dag clust fod wedi'i lunio yn y fath fodd—

(a)ag i beidio ag effeithio'n andwyol ar lesiant y mochyn y mae ynghlwm wrtho;

(b)ag i fod yn amhosibl ei newid mewn ffordd nad yw'n caniatáu sylwi'n rhwydd fod newid wedi digwydd; a

(c)ag i fod yn amhosibl ei ailddefnyddio.
