Darpariaethau ynghylch trwyddedau, a.y.y.b

12.—(1) Bydd unrhyw drwydded a ddyroddir at ddibenion y Rhan hon yn ddilys am y cyfnod sydd wedi'i ddatgan ynddi yn unig.

(2) Rhaid i unrhyw drwydded, hysbysiad, awdurdod, neu awdurdodiad o dan y Gorchymyn hwn fod yn ysgrifenedig ac—

(a)bod yn ddarostyngedig i unrhyw amodau a bennir ynddynt; a

(b)caniateir i'r dogfennau hyn gael eu hamrywio, eu hatal neu eu dirymu gan yr awdurdod dyrannu drwy hysbysiad a roddir i'r person y mae'n cael ei ddyroddi iddo ond heb ragfarnu unrhyw beth a wneir neu yr hepgorir ei wneud cyn i unrhyw amrywiad, ataliad neu ddirymiad o'r fath ddod yn effeithiol.

(3) Pan fydd y Gorchymyn hwn yn cyfeirio at ffurflen sy'n ymddangos mewn Atodlen i'r Gorchymyn hwn, rhaid cymryd bod y cyfeiriad hwnnw yn cynnwys ffurflen y mae ei heffaith yn sylweddol debyg i'r ffurflen yn yr Atodlen honNo.
