Rheoleiddio gwerthiannau moch

11.—(1) Ni chaiff neb gynnal gwerthiant moch ar fferm ac eithrio yn unol â thrwydded a ddyroddwyd gan un o arolygwyr yr awdurdod lleol ar gyfer yr ardal lle mae'r fferm wedi'i lleoli.

(2) Rhaid peidio â dyroddi trwydded o dan baragraff (1) uchod, a rhaid peidio â chynnal gwerthiant, ac eithrio—

(a)os bydd y gwerthiant yn cynnwys dim ond moch sy'n ffurfio'r cyfan neu ran o genfaint sefydlog y fferm honno, a

(b)os nad oes unrhyw anifeiliaid (heblaw anifeiliaid sydd wedi'u symud i'r fferm yn unol â darpariaethau erthygl 3(3) o Orchymyn Rheoli Clefydau (Mesurau Dros Dro) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) 2002) wedi'u symud i'r fferm honno ar ddiwrnod y gwerthiant neu o fewn cyfnod o 20 diwrnod cyn diwrnod y gwerthiant.
