11.—(1) Os yw dafad neu afr yn cael ei mewnforio i ddaliad yng Nghymru o'r tu allan i'r Undeb Ewropeaidd, o fewn deg diwrnod ar hugain ar ôl iddi gyrraedd y daliad hwnnw a beth bynnag cyn iddi gael ei symud o'r daliad hwnnw, rhaid i'r ceidwad yn y daliad hwnnw ei marcio â Marc F.

(2) Ni fydd paragraff (1) yn gymwys i anifail a fewnforiwyd yn uniongyrchol i ladd-dy, os yw'r anifail yn cael ei gigydda yno o fewn 5 diwrnod heb iddo fod wedi'i symud o'r lladd-dy.
