Title, commencement and application
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Food (Figs, Hazelnuts and Pistachios from Turkey) (Emergency Control) (Wales) (No. 2) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 9 September 2002.
(2) These Regulations apply to Wales only.
