2.  Rhaid i benodiad gael ei wneud yn ysgrifenedig ac—

(a)gall ymwneud ag unrhyw apêl neu fater penodol a bennir yn y penodiad neu ag apelau neu faterion o ddisgrifiad a bennir felly;

(b)gall ddarparu bod unrhyw swyddogaeth y mae'n ymwneud â hi yn arferadwy gan y person a benodwyd naill ai'n ddiamod neu'n ddarostyngedig i gyflawni unrhyw amodau o'r fath a bennir yn y penodiad; ac

(c)gall, drwy roi rhybudd ysgrifenedig i'r person a benodwyd, gael ei ddiddymu ar unrhyw adeg gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol mewn perthynas ag unrhyw apêl neu fater nad yw wedi cael ei benderfynu gan y person a benodwyd cyn yr amser hwnnw.
