5.  Os, pan fydd prosiect sy'n ddarostyngedig i benderfyniad a wnaed o dan baragraff 3 uchod wedi dechrau, y mae hi'n ymddangos i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol fod angen diogelu integriti safle Ewropeaidd, drwy roi hysbysiad caiff ei gwneud yn ofynnol i'r person sy'n gyfrifol am wneud y gwaith hwnnw neu unrhyw berson sydd â buddiant yn y tir perthnasol i wneud unrhyw waith adfer sy'n rhesymol o dan yr amgylchiadau a bydd hawl gan unrhyw berson sy'n gwneud gwaith i gydymffurfio â'r gofyniad hwnnw, wrth wneud hawliad yn unol â pharagraff 8 isod, i adennill iawndal oddi wrth y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol mewn perthynas ag unrhyw dreuliau a dynnwyd yn rhesymol ganddo yn y cyswllt hwnnw.
