Oni bai bod y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol, yn dilyn yr asesiad, yn cael ei fodloni na fydd y prosiect a gafodd ei ganiatáu drwy'r penderfyniad neu'r caniatâd yn effeithio'n andwyol ar integriti'r safle Ewropeaidd, ac nad yw paragraff (7) o reoliad 13 yn gymwys, rhaid iddo, yn achos penderfyniad, ddiddymu'r penderfyniad hwnnw ac, yn achos caniatâd, naill ai diddymu'r caniatâd hwnnw neu wneud unrhyw addasiadau i'r caniatâd y mae'n ymddangos iddo eu bod yn angenrheidiol er mwyn sicrhau na fydd y prosiect yn effeithio'n andwyol ar integriti'r safle Ewropeaidd a rhaid iddo hysbysu ei benderfyniad i bob person sy'n ymddangos iddo fod ganddynt fuddiant yn y tir perthnasol.
