Darparu gwybodaeth

8.—(1) Rhaid i unrhyw gorff ymgynghori yr ymgynghorir â hwy gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol yn unol â rheoliad 7(2) neu sy'n cael cais am wybodaeth oddi wrth berson sy'n bwriadu gwneud cais am ganiatâd benderfynu a oes ganddo yn ei feddiant unrhyw wybodaeth y maent yn ei hystyried yn berthnasol ar gyfer paratoi'r datganiad amgylcheddol ac, os oes, rhaid iddo, yn ddarostyngedig i baragraffau (2) a (3) isod, drefnu bod yr wybodaeth honno ar gael i'r ceisydd o fewn 28 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr ymgynghori neu'r dyddiad y daeth y cais i law, yn ôl fel y digwydd.

(2) Caiff unrhyw gorff sy'n darparu gwybodaeth o dan baragraff (1) uchod godi tâl rhesymol, sy'n adlewyrchu'r gost o ddarparu'r wybodaeth berthnasol, ar y ceisydd.

(3) Ni fydd paragraff (1) uchod yn ei gwneud hi'n ofynnol i ddatgelu gwybodaeth y mae modd ei thrin fel gwybodaeth gyfrinachol neu y mae gofyn ei thrin felly o dan reoliad 4 o Reoliadau Gwybodaeth Amgylcheddol 1992(1).
