Hysbysiadau stop

22.—(1) Os yw'n ymddangos i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol fod tramgwydd wedi'i chyflawni o dan reoliad 19, 20 neu 21 uchod a'i fod yn ystyried bod natur y niwed posibl i'r amgylchedd gan unrhyw weithgaredd y mae'r tramgwydd yn ymwneud ag ef yn golygu y dylai'r gweithgaredd ddod i ben ar unwaith, caiff gyflwyno hysbysiad (y cyfeirir ato yn y rheoliad hwn fel “hysbysiad stop”) yn gwahardd pob gweithgaredd o'r fath neu unrhyw ran ohoNo.

(2) Caiff y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol gyflwyno hysbysiad stop i unrhyw berson y mae'n ymddangos iddo fod ganddo fuddiant yn y tir perthnasol neu ei fod yncymryd rhan mewn unrhyw weithgaredd sy'n cael ei wahardd gan yr hysbysiad.

(3) Caiff y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol dynnu hysbysiad stop yn ei ôl ar unrhyw adeg (heb ragfarnu ei bwerau i gyflwyno un arall) drwy gyflwyno hysbysiad i'r perwyl hwnnw i'r personau y cyflwynwyd yr hysbysiad stop iddynt.

(4) Ni ddaw hysbysiad stop yn weithredol yn gynharach na'r amser a'r dyddiad a bennir yn yr hysbysiad a rhaid i hynny, ac eithrio mewn argyfwng, beidio â bod yn llai na 24 awr ar ôl ei gyflwyNo.

(5) Daw hysbysiad stop i ben os cyflwynir hysbysiad tynnu yn ôl yn unol â pharagraff (3); os yw'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol (neu berson a benodir ganddo i benderfynu apêl) yn rhoi caniatâd ar gyfer y gweithgaredd a waharddwyd; neu os yw'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol (neu berson a benodir ganddo i benderfynu ar apêl) yn penderfynu nad yw'r gweithgaredd a waharddwyd yn brosiect perthnasol.
