Cais i'r llys gan berson a dramgwyddwyd

18.—(1) Ar ôl cael cais gan unrhyw berson sydd wedi'i dramgwyddo gan benderfyniad gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol nad yw prosiect yn brosiect perthnasol neu gan benderfyniad i roi caniatâd ar gyfer prosiect perthnasol, caiff yr Uchel Lys wneud gorchymyn i ddiddymu'r penderfyniad os yw'n fodlon nad yw'r penderfyniad o fewn pwerau rheoliad 5(4) neu 13(1), yn ôl fel y digwydd, neu fod buddiannau'r person a wnaeth gais i'r llys wedi cael eu rhagfarnu'n sylweddol oherwydd methiant i gydymffurfio ag unrhyw ofyniad arall yn y Rheoliadau hyn.

(2) Rhaid i gais i'r Uchel Lys o dan y rheoliad hwn gael ei wneud o fewn 42 ddiwrnod i ddyddiad cyhoeddi'r penderfyniad yn unol â rheoliad 5(7)(b) neu 13(12)(b).

(3) Gall yr Uchel Lys drwy orchymyn interim, tra'n disgwyl penderfyniad ar gais o dan y rheoliad hwn, atal y penderfyniad rhag cael ei weithredu gan bennu unrhyw amodau y gwêl yn dda.
