Gwybodaeth ychwanegol

10.—(1) Os yw'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol, ar ôl cydymffurfio â rheoliad 9(3), yn dod i'r farn y dylai'r datganiad amgylcheddol gynnwys gwybodaeth ychwanegol er mwyn bod yn ddatganiad amgylcheddol, rhaid iddo hysbysu'r ceisydd am yr wybodaeth (a nifer y copïau) angenrheidiol a rhaid i'r ceisydd ddarparu'r wybodaeth honno i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol.

(2) Rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol anfon copi o'r wybodaeth bellach at unrhyw rai o'r cyrff hynny y gwêl yn dda gan eu hysbysu y gallant wneud sylwadau o fewn 28 diwrnod o'r dyddiad y cyflwynwyd yr wybodaeth amgylcheddol ychwanegol iddynt.

(3) Rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol gyhoeddi mewn papur newydd sy'n cael ei gylchredeg yn ardal y tir perthnasol hysbysiad:—

(a)yn cyfeirio at y cais y mae'r wybodaeth amgylcheddol ychwanegol yn ymwneud â hi a'r dyddiad pan wnaed y cais hwnnw;

(b)yn datgan bod gwybodaeth bellach ar gael;

(c)yn nodi cyfeiriad lle gellir archwilio copïau o'r wybodaeth amgylcheddol bellach yn rhad ac am ddim a lle gall unrhyw un sy'n dymuno cael copïau o'r wybodaeth amgylcheddol ychwanegol wneud hynny (am dâl rhesymol) ar bob adeg resymol o fewn 28 diwrnod o ddyddiad cyhoeddi'r hysbysiad; ac

(ch)yn datgan y dylai unrhyw berson sydd am gyflwyno unrhyw sylwadau mewn perthynas â'r wybodaeth amgylcheddol ychwanegol eu cyflwyno i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru yn y cyfeiriad a bennir o dan baragraff (c) uchod, o fewn 28 diwrnod o ddyddiad cyhoeddi'r hysbysiad hwn.
