Where the Health Authority nominates or approves a doctor or replacement doctor pursuant to regulation 18A, 18B, 18C or 18I, but subject to conditions imposed under regulations made under section 43ZA of the Act, the name of the doctor may be included on the medical list during the period for bringing the appeal to the FHSAA pursuant to regulation 18GG, or if an appeal is brought, until such time as that appeal has been decided, provided the doctor agrees to be bound by the condition imposed until the time for appeal has expired or the appeal is decided.
