Gorchymyn Addysg (Cyrff sy'n Cael eu Rhestru) (Cymru) 2002

1.—(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Addysg (Cyrff sy'n Cael eu Rhestru) (Cymru) 2002 a daw i rym ar 9 Gorffennaf 2002.

(2) Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys i Gymru yn unig.

2.  Mae'r cyrff a bennir yn yr Atodlen i'r Gorchymyn hwn yn cynnwys yr holl gyrff hynny sy'n dod o fewn adran 216(3) o Ddeddf Diwygio Addysg 1988, yn nhyb Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.

3.  Mae Gorchymyn Addysg (Cyrff sy'n Cael eu Rhestru) 1999(1) yn cael ei ddiddymu mewn perthynas â Chymru.
