The Education (Listed Bodies) (Wales) Order 2002

1.—(1) This Order is called the Education (Listed Bodies) (Wales) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 9th July 2002.

(2) This Order applies to Wales only.

2.  The bodies that are specified in the Schedule to this Order comprise all those bodies that appear to the National Assembly for Wales to fall within section 216(3) of the Education Reform Act 1988.

3.  The Education (Listed Bodies) Order 1999(1) is revoked in relation to Wales.
